We stayed in the Jemgum apartment and felt right at home. It was furnished beautifully and practically, and the contact and help with our questions were excellent. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Midlum apartment for a Thursday-to-Saturday trip for two. The place really impressed us, and we'd happily book it again. The only small drawbacks were that it carried sound a bit and had no blinds, though the bedrooms did have somewhat opaque pleated shades. Getting in was easy: the self-check-in worked perfectly, with the PIN and instructions emailed beforehand. The apartment is on the first floor at Bahnhofsring 26b in Leer, about a five-minute walk from both the station and pedestrian zone. There was a folder on the dining table with practical details about the apartment, Wi-Fi, waste disposal, shops, restaurants and cafes, plus lots of flyers about things to see in Leer. We really liked having all that information. The bedroom with the 180x200m bed has a large wardrobe, while the one with the 140x200m bed has a shelf and clothes rack. That seemed perfectly fine even for a 14-day stay. The bathroom is roomy, with a big mirror and sink, so we could both get ready at once. The living area is lovely, with a large TV and Wi-Fi, and Netflix and Amazon Prime are available if you want them. The kitchen had just about everything: a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots, bowls, a cutting board and colanders, as well as a kettle, toaster, baking paper, some spices, coffee filters and Maggi. There's also a large covered balcony with two sturdy chairs and a table. We didn't use it because the weather wasn't great.

The Bunde apartment was very clean and central, but still quiet. We stayed for five days and were thrilled with it.

I'm always happy with my stays here, and I come several times a year. The apartments are well equipped inside a gated complex. It's tucked away but still near the promenade and canal, a nice spot for a walk or dinner. The station is only a few minutes on foot, and there are several parking spaces on site.
