We had two lovely wellness days here and would happily return. The staff made us feel right at home, with a family feel and time for a friendly chat. They were warm and helpful, and arranged our wellness requests at very short notice. Our room was charming and very clean, and the breakfast buffet was generous and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we could want. The hotel has a sauna and a small swimming pool, too. It’s in a quiet spot, just 4 km from the thermal baths in Bad Wilsnack. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We’ve become regulars and are glad to come back several times a year. The spa treatments are wonderful for relaxing, and the breakfast has something for everyone. The rooms are charmingly furnished, and the service is always friendly and helpful. A lovely hotel I’m happy to recommend.

The lounge was a nice extra, with a pool table and drinks in the fridge that you could take and pay for when leaving. There are plenty of bike paths nearby, so it must be lovely in summer. We’d come back. The hotel is peaceful and was clean throughout our two-day stay, and our underwater massage was fantastic. The pool was in good order, though the water was at 21 degrees Celsius when we went in. Apparently it had just been changed, and they’d been working hard for days to warm it up. Breakfast was very good, nicely presented, and had everything you could ask for. The server was kind and attentive, and we enjoyed talking with her. The staff were friendly, too. One thing to know: hot food in the restaurant is served only Wednesday to Saturday. We knew this beforehand and could plan around it. The food was delicious, like Mom's cooking, and the cook was friendly; we had a nice chat. It's understandable when they can't find more staff, and Bad Wilsnak has plenty of other places to eat. It’s a three-star hotel, not a five-star one. Some guests may find the furnishings dated or not to their taste, but that’s a matter of opinion. What mattered to us was that everything was clean, and you can check room photos beforehand.
