We had several rooms for a family get-together, and everyone was happy with the hotel. It's right in the city center and close to a tram stop, with Heidelberg about 15 minutes away by tram.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the tram stop for Heidelberg, as well as pubs, bakeries, and a taxi stand. There was one downside: a strange, loud noise at night that sounded like it came from a machine.

The rooms are roomy and clean, there's free parking, and the location is handy for getting to Heidelberg by tram. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, and the staff are really friendly. When we left, I realized I'd forgotten my wallet at the nearby restaurant. One staff member went over, picked it up, and sent it to me. They didn't have to do that, especially since I'd already paid, and I'm so grateful.

Really clean room and very quiet. Good people, great location, best service around here. I'll come back, and I'd tell anyone to stay here. I've never been disappointed with this hotel.

We stayed here last year, in 2012, while at the Nitrolympx at Hockenheim. There was a pleasant Biergarten with a nice view of the surrounding buildings. Our room was clean and big enough for the three of us, and the small breakfast had everything we needed.
