Our family of four, including our 5-year-old twins, stayed three nights in the one-bedroom apartment. It was very well maintained, especially the living room, and much nicer than the pictures. The kitchen was neat and clean, with enough crockery and cooking utensils, plus a fridge, dishwasher, pantry, and coffee machine. Dave was flexible and accommodated our request for an early weekend breakfast. There was a good range of breakfast options, including fried eggs. A soft white bread would have been perfect for the kids. We liked the apartment a lot and would stay there again if we had the chance. Thanks, Dave, for all the hospitality!

It's easy and quick to get to Heidelberg by public transport, with streetcars running regularly. There are several excellent restaurants close by and an ice cream shop just around the corner for dessert. The family-run hotel has some of the friendliest people you'll meet, a plentiful breakfast in a cozy dining room, and room options for different budgets. I warmly recommend it and hope to visit Leimen again soon.

The rooms are clean and roomy, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast could use more variety, though. It was mostly bread, cheese, and a little fruit.

Getting into Heidelberg is easy thanks to the direct tram line. The room was spacious and clean, and everyone on staff was polite and really friendly. Everything was great.
