My Pension

The back garden was a lovely place to unwind after a flight, and there was plenty of parking. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were spotless each time. The staff were always smiling and incredibly helpful, making us feel like VIPs. My Airport Hotel & Pension really delivered, and I can’t wait to stay again. 😄

The room was clean and spacious, though the roof in the upper rooms cut into the headroom. There was only soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or body wash, and the TV didn’t work. Breakfast was okay, with just one woman covering both the counter and bar. The hotel is near the train station and good restaurants. After-hours check-in was confusing, and checkout meant dropping the key in a box.

Breakfast was delicious, but the room was dirtier than a hostel. Dust covered everything, and there were dirty cotton swabs in the bin. The communal bathroom bins were full, with barely any toilet paper left. Even the glass by the in-room sink was very dirty. It seemed like the place hardly ever gets cleaned.

Late arrival was handled smoothly, with proactive communication, an easy check-in, and a quick checkout since the accommodation invoice was ready in advance. It’s a small budget hotel near Stuttgart Airport and Stuttgart Messe, with helpful staff who speak German, English, and Italian. The room was simple but functional, with a firm mattress and a decent-sized single bed. The bathroom was clean, though there were a few cobwebs and the shower curtain gave me pause. Breakfast was basic but worked fine, with a good coffee machine and choices like espresso, lungo, and cappuccino.
