It tasted like strange water, with no chocolate flavour at all.

At €10 for two drinks, this was a complete disaster. I ordered an oat flat white and a latte. Coffee Fellows advertises alternative milk, but the staff didn’t seem to know how to handle it. The flat white looked like espresso with a splash of oat milk. When I asked if they froth the milk, a staff member scooped foam out of a jug and dropped it on top. Both drinks tasted of burnt beans. Easily the worst coffee I’ve ever had.

I’ve been to other Coffee Fellows locations and liked the taste, but this one was nowhere near what I had in Ulm and Neu Ulm. The coffee here was very bad, and the service was poor and unpleasant. The people at the counter didn’t know the products or their ingredients.
