The apartment is quite run-down, and judging by the reviews, the landlord doesn't seem to mind. He wasn't very friendly either. The photos say it all.

The location is great, with a large balcony and underground garage parking included. Cleanliness was okay. The apartment itself is run-down, some furniture is broken, and there's only one towel per person. Also, the listing photos on both booking.com and Google show a different apartment.
