Best Western Premier Royal Blue - Adult Only

The hotel WiFi wasn't working during our visit, unfortunately. Parking is within walking distance and there's a hotel discount. There are also six streetwise EV parking spots within roughly a 500-metre circle. A great hotel for visiting the city.

Getting around from the hotel was easy, and the room was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Breakfast tasted great and had enough variety. It was a calm, well-organized, high-quality stay, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was the worst part. We arrived at 10, though it was meant to be served until 10:30, and every tray was empty. Nothing was replenished, not even the water. The room itself was smaller than the one we'd booked on Booking.com. When we asked at the front desk, she claimed all rooms were the same size. We checked the floor plan and photos and found that wasn't true. There are larger double rooms, including the one we had paid for, and it felt like she lied to get us to leave. The WiFi didn't work at all during our stay. The front desk kept saying they'd restart the router, which seems to be a familiar line from other reviews. The shower was uncomfortable too, with the water switching between very hot and cold every few minutes. The rates were pretty expensive for one night, which made the whole thing even more painful. At checkout, we raised all of this and were told upper management would contact us. They eventually sent basic replies, but took no action. It felt like more of the same, just saying something to make us go away. The customer service was disrespectful throughout. I'd strongly discourage anyone from staying at this specific location. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Someone from the hotel staff came into my room while I was there without knocking or announcing themselves. That's very unprofessional. The room was also loud, with street music coming through even when the windows were closed. The walls and ceiling aren't insulated. I won't come back, and I'm glad I only had to stay one night.
