City Park Apartments Reichi

The apartment itself was bright and modern, and most of what we booked was there. But there was no muesli, plain yogurt, or croissants, and the advertised groceries hadn’t been provided. We had coffee pods but only a filter coffee maker, with no paper filters, so we couldn’t make coffee at breakfast. The kitchen also had too few cooking utensils. Our booking was for two nights with breakfast, meaning a stocked fridge. On top of that, the address of the originally booked apartment was changed twice before we were given Apartment 11 at Reichpitschstrasse 37. The toilet seat was broken, so using the toilet without it was very unpleasant, and there was severe mold on the windows. I reported all of this to City Park Apartments management and got no response.
