Everything was comfortable, and the apartment had what we needed. It’s suitable for two to four people, plus a small child, and was clean and conveniently located, with shops nearby and an Aldi across the street. The landlord was friendly, pleasant, and helpful. There’s a parking space for the apartment in the courtyard. We’d stay again.

I was in Leipzig alone for a training course and found the apartment good value for money. Check-in was easy, the tram stop was right outside, and it’s five stops to the station and city center. Aldi is across the street, with a bakery and a few restaurants nearby. The courtyard parking was very helpful, although the entrance is narrow but manageable. I slept well in the double bed, and the apartment was fairly clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything I needed, with more than enough equipment for a larger group. The extractor hood and cooking utensils could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise it was perfect for my stay.

The landlord is very friendly, and there’s a supermarket diagonally across the street. The tram is close, but the bedroom and balcony at the back are really quiet. You can cycle straight to the city center, and the zoo is only 2.5 km away.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Leipzig. It was very clean and well maintained, and the landlord was great to deal with. Setting up appointments by phone was easy. The tram stop is about 200 meters away, and shops are roughly 50 meters away. Having a courtyard parking space is handy since parking in Leipzig costs money, though getting through the entrance takes care. Very large cars may find it quite tight. One thing missing from the description: the apartment isn’t suitable for people with disabilities, as there are 50 steps to climb.
