It's in a great location and the accommodation is okay, though it isn't especially green. In my experience, the owner was unreliable and communication was poor. I had to get a lawyer to recover my deposit.

I stayed here from june 2020 to december 2020. The place was nice, but my 600€ deposit never came back. I tried calling and emailing many times in 2021, but Mr. Reif never answered. His assistant answered several of my calls but didn't help either…

It has the feel of a shared apartment, with individual rooms as well as a shared kitchen and living space, which is a definite plus. It's good and affordable, with a good price-performance ratio. Communication could be better. I wanted to extend my stay but never got a reply...

A relaxed atmosphere and fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms make this a good fit for a longer stay. It's centrally located in the southern suburbs, near the Clara Zetkin Hotel.
