This is clean, comfortable, quirky accommodation, though it's simple. If you're paying 27€ a night for a single room, you're not getting a 5 star penthouse. The people complaining here, Spießer aus BW?, should keep that in mind. This is my second stay, and I've already booked my third.

The location worked well for my short stay, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and Nun Park easy to get to. The owner was very friendly, and there's a small range of drinks at reasonable prices. I especially enjoyed the excellent bed. The room was tidy and clean. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

For the price, this is unbeatable, and the location is central. The large room is well furnished, with simple but okay furnishings. I liked having a refrigerator and cooking facilities, and the idea of offering drinks is nice, though the setup could be improved. Just be aware that the “hostel” is an apartment with two rooms for rent, sharing one bathroom and kitchen.

The tram connection was excellent, and the room was spacious, with two beds and fresh linens. The owner really needs to work on the property instead of resting on her laurels. There was dust all over the hallway and on the wardrobe, the TV and the table beneath it were dirty, and the kitchenette looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The toaster was unsightly. The bathroom was reasonably clean, but the entrance stank terribly. Even at a low nightly price, I expect basic cleanliness. I can't agree with all these positive reviews and wouldn't recommend the place.
