The rooms and common areas were clean, there’s free parking, and check-in went smoothly. The hotel is near a main street, so nights can be a bit loud, though a tram and Sbahn station are right nearby. There’s no charging outlet by the bed, and the bathroom electricity only works when the main light is on. Unfortunately, staff from the morning shift were smoking and talking under our window, which woke us up.

The hotel’s own parking lot is a nice bonus, but spaces are limited and first come, first served. We were lucky to get one, left the car there, and explored Leipzig by transit. The tram stop is right across the street, making Central Leipzig easy to reach. We had a good breakfast, a comfortable room and bed, and helpful, pleasant front desk staff. I’d stay here again if I’m back in Leipzig.

My room was large, tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the hotel is close to both the centre and public transport. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant.

On the way to the hotel, our car broke down, so we called to ask whether we could check in after 21:30. They said that wasn’t possible, but told us we could request a payment cancellation and get the money back without any problem so we could book somewhere with late check-in. After three days of calls and messages, nothing had been resolved. They kept saying each day that the refund would come any minute, but the money was never returned. I feel they took money from my card.

The location worked well for us. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city centre, and there are plenty of nearby places, including a store and a pharmacy.
