Hotel Berlin

I only stayed one night, and the room was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast delicious. The best part was how they handled a personal item I accidentally left behind. I contacted the hotel the next day, they replied quickly, and arranged to send it back to me by post. That was very kind and responsible of them. I definitely recommend the hotel.

There’s an honesty bar out back, a nice quiet spot if you want to relax or work on your laptop. The rooms are well maintained, the beds are really comfortable, and the bathrooms are well equipped with decent space. The hotel is along the S4 tram, so it’s easy to get to. All four receptionists were very helpful whenever I needed something. Thanks for looking after me and my luggage while I waited for my next train.

There are supermarkets and several restaurants nearby, and a few tram stops make it quick to get into the city center or to the zoo, around 10-15 minutes. We had a good stay, with helpful service, good breakfast, comfortable beds, and roomy rooms. We were on the second floor facing the street, though, and could hear the street noise at night. I'd suggest a higher floor.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was nice, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The street and tram tracks made it pretty noisy, and the blinds let in some outside light. I also would have preferred a firmer mattress. For the price, though, the stay was good.
