After an eight-hour drive, we arrived late and found ourselves in a room with two single beds, though we’d booked one large bed for two. The owner wouldn’t listen when we raised it and said, “We can talk about this the whole night.” He told us we’d have to pay for a superior room to get a bed for two, so with no other option that late, we stayed in the room we’d been given. The beds were uncomfortable, noisy vintage frames that creaked whenever we moved. My partner is 1.95m tall, and the footboard design made the bed unusable for them. We found the service and accommodation quality among the worst we’ve experienced. We wouldn’t return or recommend the property. The lack of care and professionalism was unacceptable.

For a one-night business trip, I found a surprisingly affordable place that felt like a whole museum. The antique wooden bed, chair, and desk gave the room its character, and it was so clean I felt at home right away. The receptionist was kind and friendly too. I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. Recommended.

The breakfast room has a wonderful view, and the house has tall rooms with lots of wood. It feels like an upper-middle-class home, with an old-fashioned iron bed. From the name, you can guess the hotel was built about 100 years ago.

The Greek restaurant in the same building was MARVELOUS, both the food and the staff. At the hotel, everyone was helpful, efficient, and polite. It’s a wonderful historic place, clean and comfortable. Thanks for all your help.
