The apartment was dirty when I arrived, with rubbish from previous guests still in the bin. The landlady was also extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. It was hard to communicate with her, and she reacted aggressively to questions as though guests owed her something. There were loads of absurd rules, with extra charges for dirty dishes and many other things. It felt like they were trying to charge for everything, and many conditions hadn’t been clearly explained in advance. I was charged €10 for an alleged late arrival, and was expected to pick the landlady up at her home and take her back. Demands like that should be made clear beforehand. They’re unreasonable and unacceptable. The rubbish in the bin was disrespectful to arriving guests and showed a lack of cleanliness. I was charged €10 for the alleged late arrival, and consider this service unacceptable. I expect the incident to be thoroughly investigated.
