Limehome Leipzig Am Brühl

I arrived at 7pm and found there was no Wi-Fi because, apparently, there was no Router in my room. I called Limehome. They offered to send someone the next day, but I needed internet that evening. Their other offer was 10 euros, automatically transferred to the bank account that paid for the reservation. Since my work had paid, getting that money back would be a long process. I asked if it could go to my personal account instead, and the service team said they could offer a coupon usable only at Limehomes. The lack of a useful solution and the poor customer service left me frustrated and very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. On the second day, I was told there would be no internet for the rest of my stay because they couldn't fix it. I also couldn't get the 10€ per day compensation sent to my private bank account. I still wouldn't recommend the hotel.

10 out of 10! The flat had everything we needed for one night and more, and it surprised us in a good way. Even though it's near the City center, it was really quiet at night. I had a great experience.

I love this APT. Access was easy, with digital locks and the code sent by email at 2 pm. We stayed on the 4th FL. It was super quiet, spacious, and clean. The parking garage is in the next building and costs a fair price.

The modern rooms are really nice, and I’m pretty sure the price is hard to beat. I’m taking off a star because my entry code didn’t work. Luckily, my phone still had enough battery for me to call. They fixed it very quickly each time, though. Thanks.
