Limehome Leipzig Oelßner's Hof

We stayed for three nights in September. It was still hot enough that we had to leave the windows open at night, and the outside noise kept us from sleeping. It might be fine if you sleep heavily or are out clubbing all night, but otherwise it wasn’t great.

We got into the room just before midnight, and the staff on the phone were quite helpful when we needed them. The apartments look good and are comfortable, in a pretty good spot right in the city center with a supermarket next door. Some rooms take a bit of extra walking along the corridors to reach, but it was doable. I may consider Limehome again in the future.

The location is great, and the housekeeping staff on site were lovely. But the room’s air quality and cleanliness were a problem, and it was really difficult to get them addressed. Management was poor and hard to reach. They eventually let us move rooms, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. Security was poor too, and it’s a busy public building, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with solid security shutters and windows that open. The instructions were clear and access was easy, though there was a small issue with the door code that got sorted out in a two-minute phone call. Air conditioning would have been a plus, but it wasn’t mentioned, so I wasn’t expecting it.
