A week before I was due to arrive, Limehome cancelled my booking and took the payment that same day. Then I was told I’d have to wait 14 days for a refund. They ignored my emails asking about alternative accommodation and left me with nowhere to stay. The customer service agents were horrible and rude.

It’s always such an easy, great experience here. I’d happily come back every time.

The apartment was so uncomfortable to stay in. The floor was sticky everywhere, the washing machine was full of hair, and parts of the room seemed barely wiped while other areas were left completely alone. There was hair all over the duvet and sheet, and it was clear they hadn’t been changed. After a lot of calls and messages, someone finally came to clean the next day. They changed the sheet, but didn’t touch the duvet or the rest of the apartment. I was offered a 25% refund, which wasn’t helpful. I can’t recommend these apartments to anyone. The walls are also extremely thin, and the curtains let in all the light.
