NH Leipzig Zentrum

The room cleaning was the biggest problem. They topped up the coffee capsules but left the facial tissues by the basin empty. I understand not replacing towels for sustainability, but the room wasn't made up at all: beds left untidy, bins full, and the floor unswept and unvacuumed. With two adults and two young children, dirt and rubbish build up quickly, especially over more than one night. The windows also look onto the mall's shared corridors, including the escalators. There were some good points. The location is right by the train station, with the old marketplace and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was okay, the usual selection, and the restaurant staff were polite and friendly. Still, after seeing negative Google reviews, I didn't expect to experience this myself. I'm concerned because I'm staying at another NH Hotel in Berlin in a few days. I wouldn't recommend this one to friends or family coming to Leipzig, or to anyone reading this.

Breakfast covered all the usual European favorites, from yogurt, fruit, hot dishes and breads to cold cuts, cheeses and more. The hotel is right by town and public transport, and both check-in and checkout were quick and efficient. 😊

The friendly staff were helpful, and everything went as expected. The hotel looked in excellent shape, and my room was clean. Its location is fantastic. Breakfast was fine, though I would've liked a little more variety.

A modern, clean hotel in a great spot. My February visit was reasonably priced, and breakfast was good, with service running until noon on Sunday. Reception staff were efficient and friendly, so I'll be back. Leipzig is an amazingly nice, elegant city, with lots of history and good cycling.
