The rooms were comfortable and adequate, and the stay was great in general. Front desk service felt generic, with little interest in doing anything extra. Service is very basic, and you have to go to reception yourself to pick up anything you need. Parking is a major problem: there aren't enough spaces, you can't reserve one, and availability is the only factor. There's no management of parking for hotel guests, so booking here expecting a space will leave you disappointed.

We stayed two nights with our two kids and had a fantastic time. The room was spotless, a comfortable temperature, and quiet. There was a well-stocked drinks tray, and breakfast had loads of choice, including plenty of vegan options. Staff were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The bar had great drinks at reasonable prices, and the location is excellent for the station and Christmas markets. This is much better than an average Premier Inn. We’d absolutely recommend it and stay again.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and quick. It’s also a handy base for exploring the inner city. But the hotel sits beside a major road, and trams run from 5 am to midnight. Even with the windows shut, one passed every 5 to 10 minutes. After an hour, the noise was unbearable, so getting peaceful sleep felt like wishful thinking.

Really good hotel and breakfast. The trams run outside, and it’s perfectly placed for the high-speed railway station in Lipsig and the city center skyscraper.
