The camper we rented was awesome. It's a quiet, gated campground with showers, laundry, and kitchens available.

The walk through woods, fields, and meadows to Attendorn takes about 1.5 hours and is well worth it. Camping Hof Biggen also has a good Asian restaurant, with fresh sushi, sashimi, and other dishes in an authentic setting. We came in our campervan with our dog and were made to feel welcome right away. The dog even got a little welcome package, which was such a nice touch. The owner was lovely to talk with, and the reception staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and ready to help. There are two rental cars available to use for almost nothing, with just a reasonable mileage charge. The whole site is in excellent shape and very well looked after. The modern bathrooms and toilets are spotless, too. It felt like a place with real warmth and quality, and it's especially good for anyone bringing a dog. We'll be back.
