Jufa Hotel Schwarzwald

We especially appreciated the location for hiking and exploring the Black Forest, and the wellness area was great after a day on the trails. The hotel sits right in the heart of the forest, with a peaceful feel and fresh air. Our room was spacious, modern, very clean, and had beautiful forest views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including fresh fruit and traditional German food. It’s also a good spot for families, with a children’s play area and outdoor spaces to explore. A fantastic place to enjoy nature with comfort and great service.

The views are amazing, and hiking trails into the forest start right at the hotel. We had a Superior Double Room, apparently, though it felt quite small, and the curtains let in the light. Breakfast was fine. The swimming pool and spa were really nice, and there’s a play area for small kids. I wouldn’t choose half-board, though. The buffet dinners disappointed us and weren’t worth the extra 30-Euros per person.

We’ve stayed at Sporthotel twice now and will come back. The rooms are large, comfortable, and clean, and the accommodations are nice. There’s a good-sized swimming pool along with sports and play rooms. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Prices seemed reasonable. I did miss having a lift to the rooms when arriving and leaving with luggage.

The indoor pool overlooking the valley, right in the heart of the black forest, was fantastic. There are several places to relax or for children to play, including a small bowling alley and a room with table tennis and table football. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was decent.
