Dinner and breakfast were tasty and good value, and the beds were comfortable. We also had a great view from the balcony, and the pool looked inviting, though I hadn't brought my swimming things. I would've given the hotel five stars if my room hadn't had such a low ceiling.

They'd already set up a baby bed before we arrived, put a high chair at our table, and even had the pool warm for the baby. The staff were lovely, and management clearly cares about the details and has planned things well. It's not super luxurious, but it's one of the best places we've ever stayed. We can't wait to come back. Thank you!

The rooms were decent and the location was wonderful. But during our stay, from Oct 3 to Oct 5 2019, the restaurant was a total mess.

The hotel's classic interior and older features are really beautiful. I stayed for seven days over the winter holidays, including New Year, and couldn't find any phone signal to use in the area. The hotel's internet was very, very bad too, so I couldn't make up for it with my phone. Internet is pretty necessary these days. Maybe the building could get an optical fiber cable and the hotel's internet setup could be changed so guests can use it.

The suite was fantastic for families, and everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good, towels were changed daily, and there was a nice pool. A big thank you to the excellent, friendly staff, especially Alexandra and the guy who helped us fix the GPS on our last day.
