stuub saig

The area is quiet and beautiful, parking is attached, and it's close to the Black Forest's main attractions. The apartments are in good condition. But ours wasn't very clean: the trash hadn't been emptied and there were old ingredients in the fridge. There's no air conditioning or fan, and without insect screens on the windows, opening them for cool air lets bugs in. Check-in was complicated and not user friendly, taking almost an hour. There was no service phone in the apartment lobby or easy way to get help, just email or a local German phone number. I also wanted to pay with a different card, but they charged the original card before checkout.

The apartment itself was really nice and very well equipped. The digital check-in terminal was the frustrating part. Every time we left the building, we nearly had to recode our keycards because they kept deactivating.

The apartment at stuub Saig was pleasant and comfortable, and close to Titisee and Feldberg. Getting in, though, was a frustrating 45-minute ordeal. We were left outside in the rain because the door code hadn't been emailed beforehand. Inside, a glitchy tablet kept crashing while asking for details we'd already provided in the booking. Please sort out the check-in process for future guests.

Perfect place.
