Some guests are so loud you can hear them all over the street, chatting, shouting, and carrying on. Not everyone, as I said, but this place seems to attract some strange people. There was even an incident once with someone from a neighboring house. Maybe it happened during the beer festival, but that doesn’t really matter. Guests should behave themselves.

It smelled strongly of smoke. There was no coffee machine, and for six people there were only four chairs, three cups, and two bowls.

The apartment was dirty and completely run-down, with dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom, and a musty smell. The ventilation grille was clogged with dust, which hardly helps. I understand wanting to maximize profits from a "holiday apartment" rented through Airbnb or Booking.com, but that’s no excuse for not cleaning it now and then. It feels like every last penny is being squeezed from a dilapidated old apartment. Stay away!!

During the day, parking costs 2.50 every two hours, and there’s nowhere to park at night. The place was dirty, moldy, and smelly, and there was only one key.
