Parking was the main drawback. Even though there’s a large lot, finding a space was nearly impossible on Saturday evenings, whether right in front of the building or farther up the street. There was also a lot of litter on the grass. It isn’t part of the MeisterOase complex, but it still makes the area feel less pleasant. We sometimes saw homeless people lying around nearby, and as a woman traveling alone I don’t think I’d feel as safe. Inside, though, the apartment was tidy, clean, and well organized, and the staff were friendly. We had our dog with us and were very satisfied. The coffee maker, kettle, and freezer were all good. We didn’t use the minibar, but the prices seemed reasonable, not ten times the usual cost. The shower pressure was good, and towels were provided. Toothbrushes were available too, though I think they cost about €1 extra. It was a very good, affordable stay overall. I’d come back if the chance came up. Thank you.

For a reasonably priced night, this worked well for me. I was there on business, so the building’s appearance didn’t matter much, though it certainly won’t win any beauty contests. The rooms were clean, which is what counts most for me. A special mention for the host, "Siggi": very friendly and incredibly quick to reply to emails and calls. The whole setup suited me.

We’ve been back three times and always feel comfortable. The room has what we need, with a minibar and capsule coffee machine at fair prices. The kitchenette is well stocked and doesn’t get in the way. It’s a great room and, so far, the best value we’ve found among the places we’ve stayed. There’s a good restaurant right next door, and BayArena is about a 10-minute walk away. They’re doing renovation work outside at the moment, which is a bit uncomfortable, though we’re not really out there. We’d gladly return.

The host was friendly, the rooms clean, and the minibar prices very reasonable. Check-in and check-out were easy at any time, 24/7. Best wishes to the host. Still, I was disappointed by the building. It’s a run-down high-rise from the seventies, something I hadn’t known before booking. If I’d realized, I would have chosen somewhere else. The room has been partly renovated, but the work looks amateurish and a lot of things are wobbly. Showering also leaves the bathroom very wet. Best regards, Thomas
