Breakfast was good, and the service was good as well, but I got no rest. When I arrived around 9 PM, the room was intensely hot, at 32°C, and impossible to sleep in. I opened the windows for air, but shouting from drunk people and passing motorcycles made overwhelming noise through the night. A hotel is meant to give you somewhere to sleep, and in that basic respect this one failed.

The staff were friendly and answered my questions. The room was spacious, and there were fruits and candy's at reception. The gym was open 24/7; you need a key, but everything was available. There weren't many sockets in the room, and it had no refrigerator or extra bath essentials. Parking also costs extra.

The place was quiet, with a Rewe convenience shop nearby and both the train and bus stations within walking distance. Reception is staffed 24 hours.

We booked here at the last minute after learning, with no notice, that our original hotel had shut down. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Our clean, spacious room had a big bed, a TV, and a standing fan, and the bathroom was clean and beautiful. Leverkusen Mitte station is about a 10-minute walk away, while the city center and a large shopping mall are around 5 minutes away. We'd definitely stay here again if we need a night in Leverkusen.
