Desserts came in a few different varieties, and most of the food was very inexpensive. What we ate was good, better than I expected. The main room has a pub feel, with 27 seats across five tables, plus there's another room for 100 people. It's a small-town restaurant that also offers lodging.

The hotel was basic, and so was breakfast.

We've had better experiences here before, and I think the prices are too high. The service this time felt unacceptable. The staff said there had to be a dog bowl out back instead of bringing one filled, and didn't ask which of the three salad dressings we wanted. The dressing was hidden under the salad rather than served on top. It looked like pickle juice to us, compared with cucumber salad. You can do better.
