For what you pay, the food and the spa were okay, but neither stood out compared with hotels in the same price range and category. The hotel was fine overall, though I wouldn’t give it four or five stars. Staff may seem cold if that’s what you’re used to, but I was okay with them. They weren’t especially friendly or accommodating. I stayed here last year, and I’d give it three stars.

The room had a few letdowns: the air conditioning didn’t work, the TV was hard to use, and the pillows weren’t great. Even so, I had a top stay. The spa was beautiful, very clean, and had great views over the lake. Service was professional, and the hotel could cater to my gluten-free and nut allergy requests.

The room and food prices make the service issues hard to accept. Outside the window, a speaker played animal sounds constantly. The room technology was broken, and the TV selection was lacking despite the products being high quality. I wouldn’t come during a German holiday if you expect good service. There were one or two good staff members, but the rest seemed unable to cope with the number of guests and didn’t seem to care that you were there.

This is my favourite weekend spot! Everything was really clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. Emilio was great and looked after us so well. Loved it, and I’ll see you all again. 🫶🏽

The vegetables, meat, and other products were excellent, but the dishes were only prepared semi-professionally. The service team also seemed semi-professional, and the Corona rules weren’t followed.
