Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Limburg

I usually have very positive experiences with Wyndham hotels, so this was especially disappointing. I chose the wrong dates by mistake, 17-18 November instead of 19-20 November, and called within five minutes to fix it. Rooms were still available on the dates I needed, but the hotel wouldn't change the booking or offer any other solution. I understand the reservation was non-refundable, but this was a clear human error reported straight away, and I expected some attempt to help. Instead, I got a blunt refusal after spending €48 on phone charges trying to sort it out. I had to book another hotel and pay more. This kind of rigidity and lack of basic empathy isn't what I'd expect from a brand of this size. Be very careful when booking, because you shouldn't expect support if something goes wrong, even if you act immediately. Similar reviews tell the same story. No service.

A clean room, a comfortable bed, and a tasty breakfast made for a very nice stay. The service was really helpful, and it had everything you need when you're on the go.

The rooms were clean and well looked after, the breakfast was really tasty, and the staff were friendly. Good hotel for the price. I'd recommend it.

Breakfast is served in-house and was great, though for dinner you have to go out since there's no dinner in the hotel. The rooms and stay are simple. There's no fridge, and no kettle in the room, but when I asked, they brought me a hot kettle. That was very good service from the staff.
