Hotel Lindauer Hof

We were lucky to get one of the hotel's few parking spots during our two-night April stay. Our room was large and comfortable, with a lake view. Breakfast had lots of options, and we had a delicious dinner on the terrace one evening. The Island was a relaxing place to stay, and we'll definitely be back.

We ate outside, and the food was a great experience. I'd never had such tasty hearing in my life, served with apples and onion, and everything else we ordered was good too. Service was pleasant and quick. They kindly brought hot water for our baby. The restrooms are spacious; there's no special baby-changing table, but there is a chair and a changing Matt at the window. Thank you!

We sat upstairs on the terrace at Hotel "Lindauer Hof", and the view was absolutely stunning 🌟👌🏼! My friend and I both ordered pasta, one with spinach and the other with aubergine pesto and mushrooms, along with a small mixed salad. Halfway through, the waiter realized he'd brought us the wrong dishes and apologized. We said we'd carry on with what we'd started. My spinach pasta was good, but needed salt and pepper. My friend's dish was completely tasteless. The staff were attentive and kind, but mistakes like that shouldn't happen at a high-class hotel restaurant with prices to match.

Our room looked out toward the harbor, with beautiful views. It had a comfortable bed, a good size for a short stay, and a large bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, cheeses and breads. The town is beautiful, and the hotel has a great location and great staff. We'd stay again and recommend it.
