Really lovely.

The breakfast has a generous spread, with pretty much everything you could want. We also like the rooms: rustic, clean, and done in a modern country style. The staff are very friendly and happy to accommodate requests. We've stayed here many times with friends and family, and everyone has been pleased. We'll happily come back again.

We spent a week here as a family and had a fantastic room. The farm is kept in great condition, and the horses are wonderful. There are plenty to ride, including options for beginners, and our instructors were excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. Thanks again for a great stay. We highly recommend this riding stable and will definitely return.

The estate was a great place to unwind, play, relax, and spend time together. The grounds are huge, but hardly anyone seemed to be rushing around, which made it easy to enjoy the peace. I loved the many beautiful fruit trees, full of delicious fruit, and there were plenty of places to sit and linger. The horses had a lovely large, clean stable and were well cared for, with riding lessons offered every day. We stayed for six nights, two adults, a teenager, and two young children. We enjoyed the holiday, had plenty of space, and were mostly left undisturbed. The apartment was clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Though advertised for four, it worked well for all five of us. The kitchenette was small but usable, with a kettle, filter coffee maker, and stove and oven. There was enough crockery and cutlery, but only two pots and no frying pan. The cutlery was just enough for four people for one meal, and the sharp knife was broken. I was glad we'd brought an air fryer and Thermomix, since cooking on the stove alone would have been difficult. I tend to pack extra for trips like this, so we managed, though I expect the landlady would have helped if we'd asked. Still, a rental advertised for four should have enough cooking gear for four. Mrs. Schröder, the landlady, handles this enormous operation with her children and a small staff, and I have a lot of respect for her. Seeing some of the reviews, I wonder why so many people are so grumpy these days. You can insist on being treated like a customer who's always right, but that's not how life works. I'm sure Mrs. Schröder could make things easier for herself, but this fantastic piece of land might be lost if she did. We will definitely come back.
