For Sylt, the price was quite reasonable, and the location in List is superb. The landlady was very friendly and had lots of tips for our stay. Highly recommended. The rooms were spotless, including the corners, and the bathroom was spacious. There are a few rules to follow, like no frying fish and showers only between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. The second bedroom is the kind of room where you can't stand upright, so it really only works for children; my father found having to climb those stairs nearly unbearable.

We could walk into List, and there was a safe place to store our high-quality bikes. The apartment was lovely and clean, with almost everything we needed already there. Ms. Friedrichsen had left fresh flowers and sweets as a welcome, and she was very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend the place and would happily return.

We first came to Sylt in 2017 and were lucky to find the Friedrichsen holiday apartment. The owners were so welcoming, and they were always happy to chat and share local tips. The place itself was thoughtfully and tastefully furnished, with spotless cleanliness throughout. Parking is right at the house. If you want a holiday apartment that's still run with real care, this is it.

For 24 years we spent our holidays at Friedrichsen's, and we were always sorry to leave. Everything is roomy, very clean, and nicely put together. I can highly recommend staying here.
