The place was lovely and peaceful, and the people and style made a great impression. We got in late after the long drive from Sweden, so we only really saw it in daylight afterward. We took a walk with our son around 10pm in the dark, under beautiful stars, while curious cows watched us. We’ll have to come back for more than a day or two to enjoy it properly. There’s also a perfect spot about 300 mtrs away for an early morning skinny dip! :-)

Ms. Karen S. went well beyond what she needed to do to help with my employer’s reservation a few days ago. I really appreciated it, especially during a stressful time. Thank you so much.

The food and service were awesome, and the people were lovely. It’s a quiet, elegant place with really nice decor and a feel of stepping back in time. I was there on business, but I’d like to return for a holiday.
