We’ve stayed here every year since 2020 and always feel very comfortable. The staff are all friendly, and we’re glad to see something in the apartment or complex renovated, modernized, or improved whenever we return. We’ll happily come back again.

The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and there are two dog beaches a few meters from the main beach, one to the right and one to the left. Dogs are welcome everywhere, and the signs make it easy to find your way. The forest starts right behind the property and also across the way, behind the spa clinic. There’s a parking area and a small garden with several places to sit, a beach chair, a shed, and a barbecue. Children have their own area with a sandbox and bench. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating, and took care of all our extra requests. The bread roll delivery service was a lovely bonus.

Apartment 1 was a dream: spacious, bright throughout, and beautifully furnished. It was my first stay at the villa, and I had a fantastic three days. We were welcomed warmly and really pampered. We felt right at home during our first stay over Easter. Coffee, tea, jam, and other things were waiting for us when we arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, the bread roll service was excellent, and they answered all our questions. The grounds and rooms were very clean, and the place is well suited to children. We highly recommend Villa Viktoria and will definitely return.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. Fresh bread rolls delivered to the door in the morning saved us a trip to the bakery. Our room was well organized and had everything for a pleasant holiday, from a cooktop to a dishwasher. These are superb holiday apartments right on the beach promenade, with the beach about 500 meters away. The location directly opposite the Störtebeker Baltic Sea Clinic worked perfectly for families visiting relatives there for spa treatment or rehabilitation. If we vacation in this area again, this will be my first choice.
