2/10
The location and room have plenty of potential, but the owners and staff seem not to care about guests. We only stayed because every other hotel in town was booked. The reception staff weren’t helpful or friendly, and there was no real service. Reception was closed at checkout; we found public hair in the shower and mildew everywhere. The blind was broken, and when we asked to move rooms, we were told it wasn’t possible. They also refused when we asked for our money back. By far the worst part was how little the staff seemed to care. This is the worst hotel in Lörrach we’ve tried, and we’ve stayed at pretty much all the others. It’s run-down, dirty and badly maintained. Stay away!

First-class cocktails and amazing staff. The friendliest hotel in Lörrach!

It can get crowded at times, so a weekend early evening is the best time to go. A really nice spot for an intimate tête-à-tête.
