We spent six nights there, and my single room was clean and well maintained, though a little dated. It was midsummer and got quite hot at night, so a fan would have been welcome. The restaurant was decent, with generally good but somewhat variable quality. The portions were large and a bit expensive. You can pay with cash or Maestro, but not a credit card.

We left full and happy, and we'll be back when we're hungry again. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was fantastic. The meat came out cooked just right, exactly as ordered. Vegetables were tender but still crisp and full of flavor, and the sauce and sides, including Spätzle or fries, were great too. Nearly everyone leaves satisfied, I reckon. For a traditional restaurant in the Murg Valley where you can eat well and leave full, you really have to try "Sonne." The value for money was excellent as well. Cheers!

When our local butcher closed, we needed to find somewhere else, and the Fieg butcher shop won us over. The products taste great, the salespeople are friendly, and for us the trip there is well worth it.
