We had a delicious Buttermakrele à la Provençale for dinner. Service was friendly and quick, with a splendid view of the lake.

The food was very good, but this was the worst experience ever. Our room was far too hot, and being on the ground floor near the parking meant car and people noise all night. We left at 1 in the morning and drove back to Luxembourg.

We had four rooms, and none of us could get hot water. All of us had to shower in freezing cold water. At checkout, reception only said, “It is now working.” Great. No apology, no compensation, and no customer service. Don’t stop here.

It’s not especially fancy, and the food is okay, though the prices are a bit high. As a hotel guest, I wouldn’t be very happy with the location: people in the backyard can look through the glass balconies, and even people who aren’t guests can walk through the garden.

The view was breathtaking, and the rooms were clean and spacious. It’s a beautiful little hotel by the lake in Losheim. We had a great dinner and an amazing breakfast at the restaurant. I really recommend it.
