Beautiful rooms, a good location, and great service. We loved it so much that we'd go back to Germany just to stay there again. Definitely recommend it.

The beer Garten outside is cozy, with a sand pit and a simple play area for kids. The place itself is really nice too, in a perfect location and fitted out well with furniture and appliances.

Awful experience, just awful. I made an enquiry through their website, and it was automatically turned into a reservation. Then I heard nothing for six months, until staff began calling my 75-year-old mother, who I had made the enquiry for. Their customer service was horrible. Don't book through the website.

The rooms are fantastic, with every detail nicely done. It's a beautifully restored old castle.
