The holiday complex sits right in the village, so almost everything is easy to reach on foot. We stayed at Spree Chalet in the Lemonade House in September 2025, and would happily choose the complex again when we're in the Spreewald. The apartment and outdoor areas had everything we wanted: lots of space, high-quality furnishings, and careful, tasteful decor. It was all clean and tidy. The courtyard has plenty of picnic tables and parasols; the garden has a grill, loungers, and covered seating. Parking is available on the gated property for a reasonable price. The owners were friendly from the start and can be reached at reception or by phone. We'd definitely recommend the whole complex.

Mrs. Knabe is incredibly kind and helpful, and everything you need is close by and within walking distance. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, and tidy. We got home today after four wonderful days at Spree Chalet, and we'd love to return. This is just how you want a vacation to be. Thank you so much!

Everything was just right, and I wholeheartedly recommend Spree Chalet. The location is central but quiet, and the property has real character, furnished with care and taste. We enjoyed the comfortable seating in the lovely courtyard. Parking is in a secure area at the rear. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and plenty of restaurants and breakfast options are within walking distance.

The owners are so welcoming, which is why we love returning every year. Spree Chalet is a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are furnished with care and taste, and there's a pretty garden with sun loungers and a barbecue. Private parking is available too. Everything is very clean and in excellent condition.

It's a beautiful apartment, furnished with care, and absolutely fantastic. Getting food for self-catering is easy, with a bakery and butcher nearby, just a short walk away. Keep it up, and hopefully you'll keep getting nice guests who look after the apartment.
