Everything was very clean and thoughtfully presented, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but spacious, with a nice semi-private outdoor area just outside. WiFi was unreliable, though it seems to be the norm around here, even at the Hilton.

The rooms were clean, the surroundings quiet, and the women on staff were polite and helpful. Customer service was very good. The bad part was the WiFi: I couldn't connect from my room because the signal was so weak. Since I'm not from Germany, I had to use my own 5G and pay for it.

It's a good choice for cyclists, with a lockable bike shed, and the price is reasonable given that the port is just a stone's throw away. The rooms are ordinary, neither especially good nor bad. Gluten-free food at the included breakfast was quite limited. Only a few staff members spoke English, though that seems true of every place in (northern) Germany.

My train was delayed, so I didn't arrive until after midnight. One quick phone call was enough for the staff to arrange everything I needed. They were friendly and helpful, although the hotel itself isn't very modern.

A handy place to stay overnight after the ferry, with a late check-in option and a pet-friendly policy. Glad I found them.
