The apartment seems to have been renovated in 2022, and we got good information and friendly contact. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely old-building feel. From the bedroom we could see a green courtyard and hear blackbirds, while the front had a side view of the ferry dock to Travemünde. It’s very quiet and well placed for the old town and restaurants. The only real criticism is that the shower water comes from above only. We got a small watering can for the downstairs shower. The beds on the second floor, left side, fit the period style and have good mattresses, but the creaking and unbridgeable gap make them less suited to honeymooners.

Our apartment faced the back, so apart from birdsong it was quiet. The city centre was easy to get to from there. We were very satisfied, nothing was missing, and I’d highly recommend it.

This cozy holiday apartment feels almost like home, and we’re always happy to return. It’s in a quiet spot near St. Jacob's Church, the castle gate, and a ferry landing where you can catch a boat to Travemünde.

The apartment is cozy and well furnished, with a modern induction cooktop. It’s in a charming old house, though its age does bring a few inconveniences, including leaky windows.
