The room was quiet on the 7th floor and had plenty of electrical outlets. It was clean, with an OK double bed and a shower that worked well. There was no refrigerator or microwave. The location itself wasn’t very attractive, beside a busy street with lots of traffic, and it was about a half-hour walk to the old city. Parking cost 18 euros a day, which surprised me because I thought it was included when I booked. There was a beautiful restaurant upstairs, but it had nothing for vegetarians. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was fresh and had everything we needed, and it started at 6:30, which we appreciated. The hotel room was a bit shabby, but our three miniature dachshunds got such a warm welcome: treat bags they loved, bowls, and a bed. It was perfect and so inviting for us traveling with dogs. We struggled to find a nice place to walk them, though we were only staying overnight and the weather was awful 😊. Thanks so much for the kindness and service. We’ll come back!

The breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and really good quality. We stayed one night for the Christmas market, and the walk took a good 10 minutes. The receptionist was nice and made it easy to find. The room was fine, good enough for two people.

Breakfast was excellent, and the location and parking setup were very practical. The reception and lounge were simple but fine, and the rooms were just as described. The glass around the toilet and bathroom didn’t give enough privacy. At the restaurant, the staff seemed untrained, only part of the wine and drink menu was available, and the chicken wasn’t properly prepared.

The staff were sweet and very service minded, and we had a great stay. The hotel is close to the city, with a great view from its 8 floors. Breakfast and dinner were OK. If you book a double room, be prepared: the whole bathroom area has frosted glass walls, so you can see and smell everything 😋.
