We had a lovely river view from our clean, spacious, and wonderfully quiet room. The pool and outdoor seating were especially nice with the lovely weather. It was a fantastic base for our weekend in Lübeck: the Old Town is just across the river, a quick five-minute walk over the bridge, and everything else we needed was easy to reach. We’d 100% stay here again!

The food and room service were wonderful, and the rooms were nice. The people working here were really friendly and helpful. Fantastic hotel in a good spot in the center of Lübeck. We will FOR SURE be back...

The rooms were spacious and well laid out, and breakfast was good. On busy days, though, there weren’t enough people working in the breakfast area. Service in general felt off to us. Nobody seemed particularly friendly, and we got the impression they couldn’t be bothered. The AC wasn’t on yet, so the rooms were too warm for us. One window only tilts open, while the other can be opened fully with a key. The instructions say to open it only in an emergency, but reception told us it was okay. We stayed for three nights to explore Lübeck. The hotel has its own garage for €22 a night, or there’s public parking in front for €8 a night, limited to two days if you leave the car in place. All in all, still a good choice for Lübeck.

The staff were amazing and really looked after us, and breakfast was heavenly good. It’s a little pricey, but if you feel like treating yourself, this is a good place for it. The hotel is high class, with very good room quality and a perfect location close to the city centre.
