The homemade bread and jam made the simple breakfast a nice part of our stay, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. But the house itself was disappointing. It smelled unpleasant, and cleanliness throughout left a lot to be desired. The furniture felt outdated, and some of it was damaged. We were 10 adults and three children, and three bathrooms for the whole house was manageable, though timing mattered. Luckily, our family had access to all of them. There are cats in the house, which may be an issue for people with allergies.

The hosts make you feel welcome, and the place has a cozy, rustic feel. Go see it for yourself, it’s worth the stay.

It’s the people who make this place. The atmosphere is quaint and so cozy.
