The missing baby cot was frustrating, but the response at reception made the stay feel much worse. The man there seemed angry when we asked about it and said he wouldn't speak with us in English, that we should speak German. We had booked the cot, so finding it absent on arrival was already a problem. Truly shocking and rude. This should have been zero stars.

The people running the hotel are really kind and seem to treat it like their own. Breakfast was fine, and the rooms were clean and decent. It's in a quiet area, too. A kettle or fridge in the room would have been welcome, though.

For a small hotel, the breakfast selection was quite extensive. The rooms were clean, with modern bathrooms, and it's in a tidy little town.

It was a very hot week, and the room had neither air conditioning nor a fridge. The staff were friendly, though.

Loved the place, the host, the breakfast lady, and the surrounding area.
