Speicher 21 Apartments

The apartment didn’t match the pictures or our expectations. Booking for two people should mean having comfort for two, not a makeshift arrangement. The bed was so tiny it was barely suitable for one, so why offer it as accommodation for two adults? When I contacted the manager, customer service just said, “We can't help you, we're fully booked.” There was no solution or compromise. Very disappointing.

We felt very comfortable in the modern apartment, with its lovely design and great interior furnishings. The location is beautiful, with excellent transport links and the old town right there on foot. The staff and service were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻🌸

The emergency hotline helped my husband get another single room as a temporary fix, but we’d booked a double. I wish the people in charge at Speicher 21 had contacted me and offered a double room themselves. If I hadn’t asked, nothing would have happened. Disappointing! We came to spend a few days in Magdeburg and liked Speicher 21 otherwise. Cleanliness was okay, though the wardrobe doors were sticky and the sink drain could use a clean. Overall, it was quite decent.

Really cool and cozy. Clean, comfortable, and I recommend it.
