I arrived very late and used the digital check-in service myself. It was easy and effortless. The room had the basics I needed for a comfortable stay, and breakfast was filling with plenty to eat. The staff were very helpful.

Even one star feels too generous. My room, including the bathroom and toilet, was dirty, and the door locks didn’t work properly. Communication with reception was practically nonexistent: I waited more than 30 minutes for a proper response, and even then it wasn’t guaranteed. Breakfast was below average for such an expensive room. Not recommended. You could stay in Mainz city center for the same price.

Our one-night stay was peaceful, with no loud noises, and the rooms were cozy and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the pyramid and has lots of vending machines, including one for coffee. Breakfast is available if requested. It’s near Frankfurt airport, so planes pass overhead often, which was an exciting sight for the kids. I’d recommend staying here.

On a Sunday afternoon, relationship problems made me leave my usual place for some peace. I searched for B&B Hotels and had a room booked and paid for within five minutes. Digital check-in was easy shortly after 3 p.m., and the room was really nice, with everything I needed for one night. I hadn’t expected a USB port. A great one-night stay.

The area is quiet and fine, with a few services nearby. I didn’t sleep well, though. There were two small beds, and the pillow was really, really bad. I’d recommend bringing your own pillow if you have one :)
