The location was awesome, and the room was pleasant and spacious. Deli and Mohammad on the hotel team impressed me most. They were consistently friendly, patient, and helpful. I had an excellent stay and would rate it 5 out of 5.

Deli, the owner, welcomed me and helped carry my luggage to the room. He also shared useful tips on places to eat and things to explore. The apartment was clean, large, and well equipped, and the location was great. I'll stay there again when I'm in Mainz.

I stayed here for a long time and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the location is close to the center of town. My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the staff were really nice and friendly. If you're staying in mainz, this is a great spot. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Hotel Havana was a wonderful place for our family of five. Herr Darvishi and the whole staff made us feel welcome and were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, the kitchenettes well equipped, and the beds comfortable. Its location was brilliant, connected to Mainz's pedestrian district and just one block from the Rhine Riverwalk. It was a perfect start to our European vacation. We're looking forward to our next visit!

The apartment has plenty of space and was recently renovated, with everything I needed. The host was very helpful. It’s well located, though being on a busy road means you do hear some traffic.
